I frequently play golf on the Executive course (par 29). There are often walkers and cutting over to Avenue of Pines from Ballston Ave (Rail Road Run area). Because there is no official path, they just cut across the fairways and there is risk of them being hit by a golf ball. A designated path should be created from Ballston Ave, running behind the 3rd green, straight over to the Avenue of Pines. This would benefit everyone.

I remain disappointed that the signage for SPAC is so poor. So often I pass the Route 50 parking lot for SPAC and wonder what performance is taking place, whether it be for that day or the coming day(s). A stranger to the area might be encouraged to visit SPAC if they knew what was being performed, otherwise I think they would be inclined to pass right by. Please consider this in your enhancement to the corridor.
Also, when I lived in Brooklyn there was a boulevard which was wide enough for trees, benches and paths for walking/biking. I was often drawn there. If this could be engineered, what a beautiful space connecting the corridor between Ballston Spa and Saratoga Springs.
I love the city of Saratoga Springs and look forward to seeing the improvements along this corridor.
    Thank you for your consideration.

I was not at the meeting, I wish I could have been there.

I like the traffic circle at Geyser Road, it solves a variety of problems but the other two traffic circles don’t seem to serve any apparent purpose.

I’m not sure what is proposed, or why, at White Farms Road in alternative 3.

Providing safe bus stops there are a must.

I’m all for increasing bicycle and pedestrian access. Let’s start now to raise the funds to get it done!

Thank you for making this a reality! We need more bicycle friendly roads in this area.

    A few things to consider:

Future growth in the Town of Milton and the WJ Grande Industrial Park (West of Rt50) will have an impact on the Rt50 / Geyser intersection.
Future growth in Greenfield and Saratoga will impact the West Ave & New St intersections.
Planning now to accomodate this growth (traffic count and pedestrian) will alleviate future safety and budgetary issues.

Don’t think roundabouts will work well in heavy SPAC concert or daily commuter traffic. General opinion on O’s is that they work well in light traffic and are scary in heavy traffic.

In a perfect (non budget restricted) world the pedestrian crossings will be elevated for pedestrian safety and unrestricted vehicular traffic flow.
